Being the oldest community of 30A, Grayton Beach boasts character and charm that man cannot create. Old Florida Cottages and Grand New-Builds share equally amazing views of the Gulf and the infamous Western Lake. While the term “New Urbanism” came far after the settlement of Grayton Beach, this town encourages walking, biking or even paddle boarding from one of the many restaurants to the beach.
